Delivery Policy

1.1 After placing a successful order at Electronics Haat our concern representative will contact the customer within 24 working hours to confirm the order. However, Electronics Haat will confirm one’s purchase order within 24 working hours except for the causes of forces majeure such as flood, war, storm, political emergency or other act of God or situation beyond control of Electronics Haat.

 

1.2 On the other hand, the honorable customer can also contact with our outlet within minutes or simply call our helpline 01686163336  for more information & query (7.00 AM -11.00 PM).

 

1.3 Usually, the product delivery will depend on product availability, product condition and also the delivery location from the Showroom and the product size. It will take maximum of 72 hours for the portable product. For a non-portable or large size product which needs transport & labor will take maximum of 96 hours for delivery. Within this time if delivery is not possible then Electronics Haat will inform the customer about required time.

 

1.4 In no circumstance shall Electronics Haat won’t be liable to pay any direct or indirect damages to the Customer due to any delays in delivery of the products or any failure to fulfill the order. Electronics Haat will deliver the ordered products to the address specified by the Customer from the nearest point accessible to the address through sales representatives or 3rd party delivery facility.

 

1.5 Extra delivery charges, delivery time, lifting charges and other expenses will be notified by Showroom  manager to the customer when the customer confirms to receive the product and accepts other terms and conditions of Electronics Haat.

1.6  If the products ordered by customers are not available then Electronics Haat will refund the purchase value as per bank policy. If Electronics Haat or its representative fails to deliver products due to the customer’s fault, noncompliance with the defined schedule for the product delivery and lack of notification of particular conditions of access then the customer will lose the right to get refund for the delivery costs. The costs for returning the products shall also be deducted from the products’ price. If the customer requests for another delivery, then customer will prepay the delivery costs again.

 

Note: Electronics Haat has the right to cancel the order at any stage of transaction if the ordered product is found not in a condition to deliver or use (stock faulty, stock shortage, color issue, package damage). In this situation, the customer will be notified by phone call and Electronics Haat will cancel that order. If the customer paid for that order, then that amount of money will be refunded as per the banking refund policy.

 

1.7 Receipt of The Products: 

The Customer agrees to accept the delivery of the products either personally or on behalf of the intended recipient, at the address provided by the Customer during the online order process.

During the delivery at the designated address, the Customer or the authorized representative must present proof of identity and the order confirmation, which includes the order number, as well as any necessary authorization if a third party is receiving the delivery.

After inspecting and verifying the ordered products in the presence of our representatives, the Customer agrees to accept the products and sign the delivery document. A copy of this document will be retained by both the representative and the Customer.

 

1.8 Terms & Conditions for Foreign Transection:To prevent and identify fraudulent transactions, Electronics Haat will implement several steps before proceeding with delivery. These steps include: 

If an order is flagged as a foreign transaction by our payment gateway system, customers are required to submit the necessary documents to Electronics Haat for verification purposes.

Customers must provide a scanned copy of their NID/Passport and cover the middle 6 digits of their card picture.

after completing the bank's verification process, if the transaction is approved, we will proceed with delivery. If it is not approved, we will inform the customer about the order cancellation and initiate the refund process with the bank.

During the delivery, if someone other than the customer receives the ordered product, the receiver must also provide a photocopy of their NID with their signature.

 

Note: In the event of products being damaged during transportation, the Customer has the option to refuse delivery and should specify the reasons for refusal on the delivery document.

 

IMPORTANT:By signing the delivery document without any remarks and accepting the products, the Customer acknowledges that the products have been delivered in good order. From that point forward, the Customer cannot request a refund or replacement for the delivered products. If there are any remarks related to the delivery of damaged products or products that do not match the ordered quality or quantity, the Customer must notify Electronics Haat in writing, specifying the order number, at the following address. Electronics Haat will then arrange to resend the correct order based on product availability at the nearest showroom.:

Note:  The delivery charge does not include the product lifting charge or any additional services required. If the quantity of portable products exceeds more than one piece then additional delivery charges are required for delivery and it will be categorized as a non-portable product, so the customer will be responsible for covering the extra delivery charges. Details regarding these extra charges will be communicated to the customer.
